When I first thought to try out Picnik, I was skeptical. But it was a nice surprise to see it work so well and quickly. And I like the cutesy photo effects because they aren't over the top and terribly silly. @Ken: I agree. Picnik is great for the minor edits. And for people who don't have Photoshop or Aperture, or for those who are a bit scared of complex photo-editing tools, Picnik is perfect.
