Vultures Are Creepy A couple of days ago, Brandon and I drove up on some vultures feasting on roadkill on our street. I saw my first turkey vulture earlier this year, and it freaked me out. But this is my first time to encounter a flock of hungry vultures. And I’m calling these birds “vultures” because I don’t really know what they are exactly. They could be something else...

A day-after-Thanksgiving hike through William Hastie Natural Area with Tyson and Ramona — my furry nephew and niece.

Found out about a record sale at Wild Honey Records in Knoxville (Bearden area) this past weekend and bought up several old LPs and two classic Christmas albums. I’ve had records on since Sunday, and can’t wait to get more vinyl on Thursday during their awesome Thanksgiving sale!
