Happy Birthday, Brandon!
We celebrated Brandon’s birthday on December 15. And although he’s now a whopping 29 years old, he still looks 17!
And since no birthday is complete without a birthday cake, I had a wonderful lady create a custom Technics turntable cake. Awesome, eh? The silver icing was ever-so-sweet, and the actual cake itself was Mountain Dew flavored. Talk about cavities waiting to happen!

Mac Emergency!

The Nutcrackers Are Out
It’s official. Christmas time is near. I’ve set my car radio to the totally-Christmas music station. And what a blessing…the first song I heard was Aaron Neville’s version “Come Home for Christmas.” Gotta love that cocoa-buttered troubadour and his crazy half-vibrato.

Stylin' Boda Dome
Took a trip to Petsmart this evening with the hubby to buy some more food for Otis and a new litter box for Miu-Mius. And boy, did we find a litter box! Feeling Sick (cough, cough)
It’s a cold day in December. I’m sitting at home, sick with a sinus infection and a bellyache. And to top it all off, I can’t even speak. This happened last year around the same time. I got laryngitis and couldn’t talk for two weeks (doctor’s orders). I’m hoping this time it won’t last long.
