Portlandia

Lia and I took a road trip this weekend to catch the last stop on the Portlandia tour in Nashville, Tennessee. We had a great time time. Here’s a short video of one of the songs.
One thing I didn’t know about Fred Armisen is that he is one heck of a drummer. Here’s a clip from someone else in the Nashville of Fred showing off!

A short video of Lia and our pilot landing us safely in some windy weather.
Landing a tiny Cessna Skyhawk in 13 knot crosswinds can be tricky, but my super young instructor is also super skilled, and we were able to land safely, gently, and smoothly. (At the end of the video you can hear me clap and cheer in celebration of us NOT crashing.)
It was probably too windy to have flown...
